Please read our House Rules carefully and pay attention to the rules of human coexistence and civilised behaviour.
Only guests who accept and comply with the rules of the house for themselves
and
their relatives are allowed to stay at the accommodation! Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the accommodation, in the number agreed in advance.
Accommodation check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival, guests may occupy their room from 14:00 and must check out
by 10:00 on the day of check-out
Check-in and check-out is possible only in the presence of the host, by handing over the keys in person! Please inform us by phone in advance of your expected arrival and departure times!
When making a valid reservation, the guest's contact telephone number must be provided, which will be kept in case of any problems or important questions until the guest(s) leave. Accommodation providers are obliged to provide information to the MTÜ (https://mtu.gov.hu/). Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to hand over his/her personal documents (passport or ID card, address card) to the accommodation provider for data collection purposes. The NAV requires the service provider to invoice the guest, which requires the name and address of the invoice recipient and, if the guest is a company, also the tax number and e-mail address for sending the invoice. If you do not wish to provide the owner with your address card, you can also email the billing address toinfo@andantepihenohaz.hu. The owner declares that he/she will not use the guest/guest data for any other purpose than and only for the above obligations and that the owner will not store the data in printed form. The data stored on the computer will be stored until the possibility to make a claim has expired.
Cancellation conditions A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation 3 weeks or less prior to arrival. Cancellations within 3 weeks will not be refunded. The full amount of the stay (the excess of the deposit) is due in one lump sum at the latest on the day of arrival. In case of early departure, we are not able to refund the whole or part of the accommodation fee.
To ensure the peace and quiet of neighbours, no loud noise, music or loud music is allowed in the guest house between 22:00 and 08:00.
The owner reserves the right not to accept guests who behave in a disorderly manner and do not respect the house rules, or to remove them from the property immediately.In this case, we will not be able to refund any remaining days.
Liability The guests of are liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the guest house or from violation of the rules of the house.
The host is not responsible for the property of guests!
For your safety at night and when leaving the accommodation, please always lock the gate and the entrance doors.
Use of equipment, damage Please use the furnishings as intended! Please do not remove indoor furniture and equipment (table, chairs, bed, bed linen, mattress, towels, etc.) from the accommodation.
The lower terrace has no handrail, please use with care.
Any items provided for your convenience, such as irons, umbrellas, scissors and sewing kits, shoe cleaning kits, first aid kits, kitchen utensils, decorations ... please do not leave the accommodation, leave them for future guests to enjoy or use if necessary.
The host is not liable for any damage to property or accidents resulting from improper use.
Damage caused by the fault of the guest on the premises of the accommodation shall be compensated by the person who caused the damage or his/her legal representative.
If any malfunction, breakage, other damage or irregularity occurs, whether due to your own fault or not, please report it to the accommodation provider immediately to prevent any serious damage.
The accommodation manager must be informed immediately of any accident or other incident.
Smoking
Smoking in the building and the use of incense is FORBIDDEN! Please use the lower terrace and garden lounges for smoking. This also applies to electric cigarettes and IQOS! Please limit smoking to these areas and use the ashtrays!
Fire building, cooking
Fires can be built in the designated fireplace area in compliance with the current fire safety rules! (Placing extinguishing agents next to the fire, removing flammable materials away from the fire.) Before leaving the fireplace, please make sure that the fire has been extinguished. Burning materials other than firewood and paper (e.g. plastic, rubber) is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
Cleaning The rooms will be cleaned for the guests, and please keep them clean during your stay! Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected on departure. For longer stays, cleaning, towel and bed linen change is provided every 7 days. Other cleaning, towel and bed linen change is only available for an extra charge. Please leave the guest house in an acceptable condition, in case of extreme soiling we charge an extra cleaning fee (15 thousand HUF)!
Animals
Our accommodation cannot accept pets.
Garbage placement:
Please keep the area tidy and clean. Household waste can be collected in the bins in the kitchen and bathrooms. If these become full during your stay, please empty them into the large black bin by the gate. Our accommodation also provides separate waste collection. Please place paper, metal and plastic waste in the yellow bin by the gate. Glass is not allowed. Üveg nem tehető bele.
